What Services We Provide

We provide person-centred home care services that are tailored to your needs.

Accommodation

Adults 18+ with special needs require a supportive and nurturing environment to thrive. Our accommodation services are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and independent living experience for adults 18+, while ensuring they receive the highest quality care.

Whether it’s developing life skills, managing daily tasks, or accessing community resources, we strive to create a supportive framework that fosters confidence and self-reliance.

In addition to practical support, we prioritize creating a sense of community and belonging. Our service users are encouraged to build meaningful connections, participate in social activities, and engage with local networks. By offering a safe and inclusive space, we aim to help individuals not only gain independence but also enjoy a fulfilling and enriched quality of life. Together, we work toward a future where everyone feels empowered to live life on their own terms.

Personal Care

Personal care is support of a personal nature that is required where someone is unable to to tend to it themselves by reason of age, illness or disability.

When faced with illness or immobility, it can be a struggle to carry out everyday activities that you may have once performed with ease.

Our discreet personal care service is designed to support you with your day-to-day living, as well as providing you with the encouragement and emotional support that you may need to remain living independently.

Our Personal Care service can support you with getting in and out of your bed, dressing, administering medication, bathing and continence care, at a time to suit your convenience. Maintaining your dignity is of paramount importance to us, which is why our carers will ensure you feel comfortable at all times.

Indoor and Outdoor Activities

Our indoor activities, like life skills workshops, cooking classes, and arts and crafts, help service users develop essential skills and express creativity in a safe, supportive space. These activities are designed to build confidence and promote personal growth while fostering a sense of accomplishment.

Outdoor activities, such as group outings, walks, and community events, encourage physical health and social connections. They provide opportunities to explore the local area, build independence, and feel more connected to the community in an inclusive and engaging way.

Together, these indoor and outdoor activities create a balanced approach to supported living, empowering individuals to thrive, build relationships, and work toward their goals in a warm and welcoming environment.

1 to 1 Support

Some individuals living in our services may have assessed needs that go beyond what Core Support can provide, requiring additional one-to-one support. This personalized assistance is tailored to their specific requirements and is delivered on a 1:1 basis.

The provision of these additional hours is subject to separate funding and is determined through a social work assessment to identify eligible needs.

One-to-one support may include helping with tasks such as shopping, attending social clubs, medical appointments, and other activities that enable the individual to live more independently and engage with their community.
